Custom Construction LLC offers completely Custom Homes! We build you the home you want, not the home we think people should have. We offer no “standards”, meaning you can pick everything you want in your home down to the trim, doors, windows, texture type, paint colors, cabinets, countertops etc….. all while giving you the quality you deserve. Make your home your own! That being said, we have no “standard” pricing. The cost of your home is determined entirely on what you want to put in your home. We do our best to meet your budget, while getting you your most important features incorporated into your home. As a husband and wife team, and over 15 years of experience, we offer a complete planning and building process, from the planning/designing stages to finish out. We can assist with you every step along the way, working with designers, financial institutions, budgets, selections, etc. We have quality, reliable, long term trades & vendors that we have great work relationships with, helping to insure our jobs go smoothly for you.
The Building Process
Pre-Qualify – Pre-Qualifying for financing with your bank, allows you and the builder to know what your allowances for budget will be.
Choose your house plan – Choosing the best house plan for you and you family is very important for you to get the house that you are wanting and that fits your needs. We can build simple or can incorporate even the most precise details depending on your specific requests and budget.
Selections – It is important to choose selections that you would like or need in your house as early as possible before the plan process is complete. This is important to insure the ordering and delivery of your choices goes smoothly and does not slow down the building process. We can assist you to find ways to incorporate many selections that will benefit you and your family on your budget. Finalizing as many selections as possible ahead of time also allows for more accurate pricing and budget allowances.
Finalizing Cost – Once you choose your lot, plan, and selections have been made we can finalize pricing and financing. The allows us to be very accurate to the loan amount for the construction of your home.
Contract – At this point after price has been agreed upon, we are ready to sign a contract and start construction.
Financing – Financing will be secured with your lender at this point. Contract and all other documentation will be in place and submitted to your lender to issue your loan.
Building – Construction will begin after all financing is in place and all needed utilities to the lot/property are in place. The typical build can generally be completed within 6 months (weather permitting and assuming all supplies/material/special orders can be delivered in time allowed).
Finalizing/Completion – We take great care making sure even the smallest details are the way you would like your home to be before move-in time. Final walk-through and approval of the job will take place at this time, The loan will be finalized and you will be ready to move-in!
